Nah, it's in one of the old buildings in TAFE. They're not usually that bad, but considering they can't afford to run some classes to the end of semester, they probably can't afford to redo the ceilings either.

a country like this and places of education can't even be properly painted.

Yeah I had to run between TAFE's at one point to do a course..so I never ended up finishing it

They are trying really hard to keep all the classes running, despite the budget cuts
